Technically you just turn the fan around 180° (you flip it). Look at the arrows on the fan's frame which show you the airflow direction.

Thank you for your reply. It seems I didn't clearly state my problem. It's the fan clips, I don't know how to unclip the fan from the radiaor. Also, if I ever have to remove the heathsink from th mobo, will I have to apply new thermal paste? It's been 24h since I've applied it.
