Kaze Server 3.5

The Scythe Kaze Server 3.5 is a fan controller with three selectable modes for fan speed. Manual fan controlling is possible as well as regulating fan speeds automatically using a user defined temperature. Up to two temperatures can be monitored in either Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). The front consists of brushed aluminum and accentuates the illuminated LCD display in an optimal way. The Kaze Server 3.5 is designed to fit into a 3.5 inch bay.

Performance to Silent
Fan voltage can be independently controlled from 3.7 - 12 volt, in addition, fan can be switched off completely which allows the user to choose between high performance and ultra-silent cooling operation.

 

Precious Aluminum Design
High-quality materials are used when producing Kaze Server 3.5. The front consists of brushed aluminum and accentuates the illuminated LCD display in an optimal way.

 

Intelligent Feature
With Kaze Server 3.5, two fans can be controlled independently, and two temperatures (in either ° C or °F) can be monitored. In addition to manually control the fan speed by knobs, Kaze Server 3.5 Fan controller allows a fully automated and a semi-automatic operation mode.

AUTO mode: Kaze Server 3.5 switches off the fan, when the actual temperature is much lower than the self-defined temperature.

SEMI mode: In addition to AUTO mode, a minimal rpm of the fan can be defined together with the  self-defined temperature.

An integrated acoustic alarm function (which can be deactivated by a jumper) warns the user from overheating and failure of a fan.
