Easy handling
With Easy Mobile Rack strong emphasis was laid on creating a easy to handle device. Simply put the HDD into the bay. Closing the front door will bring the harddrive in a perfect position. Conversely, opening the door will detach and eject the disk, just far enough to pull out easily.
Hot Plug support
Keeping an eye on easy handling, another feature becomes of utmost significance. Inserting, retracting or replacing a HDD should be realized without the restart of the whole system. That's what Hot Plug feature is for. With Easy Mobile Rack S-ATA HDDs can be easily retracted at any time without data loss, therefore providing the same characteristics like USB devices.
